I think all the governments of all the countries of EU should sit together and talk about everything. Not just the governments of the big countries but also the small countries, like Croatia, should be asked for their opinion. Because for instance Germany and Croatia are two totally different countries and you can't even compare them, so the crisis is different in every country.
